Yes, of course. As the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have completed Diploma or B.Sc in any suitable branch. You have already completed your Diploma in aeronautical and want to got for B.Tech in mechanical. You can apply for it easily, no problem at all. I will suggest you go for B.Tech aeronautical only or aerospace engineering only. It will help you to stay stable in your branch as well as you can have more knowledge as well as command over it and be specialised in your field.
