No, you cannot complete BHMS in 3 years.
BHMS course (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) is five and half years long. It also have a one-year internship which is must after finishing final exam.
BHMS syllabus has both class lessons and practice in homeopathic clinics. Students learn about
