Can i do both M.Tech 2nd year(jan 2012-feb 2013) and C-DAC(Aug 2012-Jan 2013) diploma course in the same academic year?

Hi, Iam Mallika, studying M.Tech 2nd year .In this year(Jan 2012-Feb2013) i have to do my project work.I got selected in C-DAC,Hyderabad duration from Aug 2012 - Jan 2013.I can manage to do both the courses in same academic year.But,If I do as above is there any problem from any of the institutes.
