Yes, you can pursue B.Tech. provided your PCM marks are 45% or above. Admission to engineering colleges are through pre engineering tests like JEE-IIT, AIEEE or state PET. But due to large numbers of private colleges, even those who have not given these tests also get admission. However, you may not
