Can i do Btech in IIT or NIT through lateral entry after doing diploma in engineering from HSBTE?

I really would like to do Btech in IIT, NIT, VIT, BITS or a good deemed university through lateral entry. Is it possible to do after doing a diploma in engg from HSBTE? I completed my 10th & Than i can do the 3 year diploma form hsbte. Will i get admission to IIT or NIT after doing this ?
