Dear Young man,
If you are eligible for BCA you are also eligible for B.Tech also, BUT WHY do you want to step back, as both courses are valued on PAR.
In my opinion I suggest you PROCEED FORWARD and do your MCA, and you can compete in job market on a PG Qualification (which commands a much better
