It's better to do one rather than doing both. If you aren't confident enough, you first complete B.Com and then pursue CA.

No, you can skip the initial part in CA if you owe a degree.

Many subjects of B.Com (Hons) match with Chartered Accountancy which helps a person in completing the degree as soon as possible. Many students prepare for Chartered Accountancy why doing B.Com only. Hi,
Pursue one course at one time, rather getting in both, it may get hard on you. You can do B.Com first, later, go for CA.
