Can I do CA or COMPANEY SECRETRY after doing B.sc. what is the scope compare to engineering

Yes you can. However, CA deals more with accountancy and CS deals more with legal studies.
Also, there is no certainty of clearing such high level exams.
Engineering could be a better option, as per my suggestion.

There is a huge scope. If you get into this field, there is a high demand in India and abroad.
