Yes, you can do it if you had PCM in 12th and you fulfill their eligibility criteria for direct admission. Otherwise you can give LPU NEAT-UG test for admission. In case you did have science (PCM) in 12th then you can do a diploma in Civil engineering and after that take lateral entry in B.Tech 2nd
