Can I do computer science and engineering if I didn't opt for computer science as a subject in class 12th?

Absolutely, yes. For pursuing engineering in computer science, you just need to have PCM in your 12th with minimum 55% aggregate. taking computer science in 12th is the recent trend.

Yes, of course there is no foundation of subjects. The only requirement of any engineering branch is only combination of PCM you should have. That's all.

Yes, you can pursue CSE, there is no need to have computer science as a subject. For CSE, you need either computer science or mathematics in class 12th.

Undoubtedly, yes. Even I have taken physical education as an additional subject during my 12th class. But then did engineering with IT branch.
