Hi. Yes, you can write KAS Exam after B.Com distance degree and At least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognised University. Check out the eligibility criteria for the UPSC Civil Services Exam. For KPSC Gazetted Probationers Exam, the KAS eligibility criteria are relaxed for people belongin
