Hi,
Yes you can pick Company Secretary along with graduation in either of the below:-
1. B.B.A
2. B.B.S
3. B.B.M
4. B.COM
You may even consider B.B.A LLB as CS with Law is a great option as it offers a promising career with lucrative options.
And there are no such common subjects yet the syllabus
