Although things will be slightly tough, but if you’re sincere, you'll be easily able to manage both of them. There are many people in my knowledge who are pursuing BBA and CS simultaneously be and able to manage both of them effectively.

Of course. In fact, go for it. It is a unique option which people generally don't prefer because CS is always done along with B.Com. Thus you have a good scope.
