You may do so, but not full time degrees simultaneously. There is literally no difference between NIFD and NIFT, they are both popular schools for fashion designing. You may check the programme curricula on the institute websites and check the differences in terms of programme delivery, internships, company tie-ups etc. Based on surveys NIFT focuses on Fashion overall and all categories, more practical while NIFD is more into design. -
