Of course, you may pursue these courses together and in-fact, if you belong to the commerce background, the Bachelor's degree program must be pursued along with the company secretary course because it will save the time and preparation for one will help the other and especially the CS course will he

Will I face any problem while pursuing B.Com through correspondence with a regular degree? I am from commerce background.
