Can I do D.El.Ed (BTC) after completing MA? I have got 42% in my graduation.

You do not have to worry about pursuing the D.El.Ed, as you have more than enough qualifications already. For D.El.Ed, a candidate needs to pass only 10+2.

If you have 55% in M.A you can apply for B.Ed in distance from IGNOU instead of D.El.Ed.
