Yes you can do it. What you can do is take admission in some integrated diploma-degree course.
There are many universities like Lovely professional university, Amity, Sharda etc that are offering these kind of courses.
Check their websites for more details.

Yes u can do from open university .u have to clear 1 exam to get admission for degree course.because u have failed in 12th.
that exam is very easily.based on MCQ!
