    Yes, you can. You will have to fill the state level entrance exam form for polytechnic and score well. DY Patil is a reputed college, so you will have to work hard for it.

    You can do Diploma, but you need to fulfil the college criteria, and also you can't decide which shift you can take. It depends on your college or sometimes your admission procedure.
