After 10th you can enroll yourself for a Diploma Engineering programme. It's a three year Diploma programme and on completion of the said programme you can directly seek admission in 2nd year B.Tech programme. Nowadays a lot of institutes offer an integrated Dip cum B.Tech programme as well.
