Can I do Diploma in engineering and after that, can I get admission in BE or B.Tech throughlateral entry?

Is there any age limit to do Diploma + BE? I've completed my class 12th with PCB. I couldn't qualify NEET exam.

No, if you have not had PCM subjects in XIIth, you cannot seek admission in engineering college Fahad. I suggest you opt for BDA or B.pharma now.
