It is too difficult to get admission at IIT, NIT or in any government college for you. But don't give up. -

Eligibility for engineering admission is different from state to state. But here in your case, you can do engineering with 47%.
However, it is difficult to find a very good college but you can get admission in some average college at a self financed seat. -
