make sure there is a good college in fashion designing in jalandhar and in punjab that also comes in top 10 in fashion designing!! check this out and decide accordingly

In Jalandhar you can do diploma from Deepshikha's Compucord. However the nearest Govt institute for you will be in Chandigarh, I suppose.The best option for you would be to appear in NIFT exam and get into a more reputed institute.
