Can I do fashion designing with CA?

Everything is possible with hardwork and dedication, and if you are passionate about fashion designing, then go for it. But, CA being a tough course, you would have to manage your time accordingly and would have to reduce your social life in order to divert your time towards career. So, choose wisely. -

If you are passionate about fashion design, you can certainly pursue fashion design. But you can only pursue one line of career between the fashion design and CA. Also, both have a very extensive curriculum, especially CA. Both the courses demand time and effort from you. So you need to figure out what career path do you want for yourself since you can only tread on one of these.
