Can I do FPM from IIM after completing my 4-year Bachelor degree?

Eligibilty criteria for seeking admission in FPM at IIMs is as follows:
Candidates are eligible to apply for the FPM program if they fulfill either of the two following criteria:
(a) Master's degree in any discipline with 55% marks (or grade point equivalent) throughout academic career. (or)

My analysis indicate that you will not face any problem in do FPM at IIMs or any top BSchool in USA as your education will be treated as 10+2+4.
