Can I do Full time MSC.IT from Mumbai/Pune university after completing Bsc.IT from Sikkim Manipal University i.e. in distance mode?

I have completed my 3 years Diploma in Computer Technology from MSBTE in the year 2002. Now i wanted to peruse my further education. SMU / YCMOU seems good options. But in future does big universities like Mumbai/Pune will allow me to peruse their full time/part-time post grad courses like MSCIT ???
