Yes,
You must have passed 12th/equivalent with Science subjects Physics Chemistry Biology with a minimum of 40% marks (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates) and pass in English from any recognized institute/board.

Yes you can do GNM course in DMCH Darbhanga through BCECE course. You can apply DCECE 2023 exam.
