    Hi, You can do a 1-year Diploma programme which is a Diploma in food production. The eligibility is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th (with English) or equivalent.     Yes, you can do Diploma in Food Production which is of 1 year. You need to identify the institutes offering the Diploma course. To my mind LPU provides one year Diploma in HM. On the basis of the feedback received from Alumnus, I can say that LPU is a good option for hotel management course. I personally believe that the quality of education and placements of the university are the key parameters for any organisation.
