Can I do hotel management course and alongside work part-time in a restaurant for more knowledge?
I am currently doing 12th from NIOS and want to work in cruise after doing a hotel management course.

Yes, you can go for it, but you may not get much time to work, as there will be daily classes along with assignments, if you can manage, then you should definitely go for it.
