YOU CAN LEARN BASIC COURSE LIKE SOME DESIGN PART OR WEB DESIGNING AFTER 12TH YOU CAN DO GRADUATION IN THIS FIELD

You can pursue any certification course on the base of your class 10th and generally there is no special eligibility criteria for certification courses.

Yes you can. But do it along with your Class 11/12th.
This is not a replacement for class 11/12th.
