Hi Mansi,
After 12th (Higher secondary), candidates who wish to become IAS officer are required to obtain graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized university. Bachelor degree is the minimum qualification required to apply for the civil service exam. There is no minimum percentage required to be eligible to this exam. Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam.
Would be better for you if you join any reputed IAS coaching institue along with your study.

Hi Mansi,
I feel sorry to inform you that the minimum eligibility to give UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is 21 years of age and a graduation. So, unfortunately, you aren't eligible to apply for IAS right now. You can surely start preparing for it and get yourself enrolled in some specific training institute if you want to. Open the UPSC website, look for the whole process and select the subjects you're interested in.
All the Best!
