    Hai Kumar, One must be a graduate of any discipline to appear for IAS exam.Minimum age limit is 21years and maximum age limit is 30years.A student has four attempts if you belong to General Category. For further details,login www.theiasforum.com

    Yes you can, as the basic eligibility for going for IAS examination (UPSC) is Graduation in any stream.
