Dear Abdul, If you got fail in 12th board exam , so in that case you are not able to continue with the admission.

Dear abdul,
Vishwakarma institute is offering course which is affiliated to UGC (University Grants Commission) recognized PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, so the minimum eligibility for course here is 12 pass.
