For which Diploma course do you want to know? If you are asking about PGDM, then yes while doing PGDM there are some colleges who provide internship.

Sorry I don't know properly but yes it is possible to get internship with Diploma in computer and software engineering, for detail information you should directly contact with companies. I hope this information helps you.
