    No, LLM is a Masters course which is done after completing your graduation. So, first you do BA + LLB and then you can do LLM.
    Top colleges for pursuing law are:
    1. University of Bangalore.
    2. UPES – Dehradun.
    3. National Law University – Jodhpur.
    4. Campus Law Centre – Delhi.
