Yes, you can do MA after completing BA with that low percentage.
You are eligible for lecturer post after completing MA from IGNOU.
If you have BA through distance, No Problem dear.
In that low percentage of MA (Pol. Sc.), you are not eligible for NET.
If targetting NET, you can do one more MA in so
