can i do m.b.a form u.s.a only on the base of TOEFL without giveing any other exam and which good university allow this

No, you can not, unless you give GMAT as well. -
Hi,
Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
