Can I do M.Des after B.Tech but without 10+2?

I did a 3 years Diploma course after class 10 so, I didn't give 10+2. Currently I am doing B.Tech. So my question is; Am I eligible to do M.Des after my B.Tech?

    No, you cannot do any under graduate or post graduate course without 10+2 but if you had done Diploma and now you are doing B.Tech then you are eligible to do Masters.
