Can I do M.Ed. on regular Mode and M.A. on distance mode in the same year along with M.Ed. but in other University.. ?? Is it legally ??

I have got admission in M.Ed. in Bhopal on Regular Mode.. I also want to do M.A.-English along with M.ed. on distance mode ..so Can I do both course at same time ?? as M.Ed. Course's Duration is 1 Year and M.A.'s is 2 Years so M.Ed's degrree will be certified earlier as well M.A.'s Degree.
