7 years agoYou are not eligible for M.Sc in Chemistry. You can do M.Tech. /ME in Chemical engineering. If you want to M.Sc in maths, then you are eligible because it is necessary to study the subject at least for 2 years/4semesters in which you want to do Master's degree. In B.Tech Mechanical, a student studies Maths in 2 years but, he studies chemistry only for 1 year /1 semester. -

Eligibility
As a minimum eligibility criterion for M.Sc Chemistry course, aspiring candidates need to have completed:
Higher and Senior Secondary levels of education (classes X and XII) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Graduation (B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the main subjects), with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates). Often, candidates are required to qualify as an institute, state or national-level entrance test for admission to M.Sc Chemistry course.
