Can I do M.Sc in clinical psychology if I got graduated with BA in psychology? Can MA and Distance MBA be done together?

Can you suggest some reputed colleges for distance MBA? I recently graduated with BA in psychology.

    Dear,
    If you are focused for clinical psychology, then do not start MBA programme with this degree because you won't give much attention and commitment which is required much for psychology.
