    No, actually you can't, because the Eligibility Criteria for pursuing M.Sc. Agriculture is different. You should have done your UG in either of these:
    Bachelor's in Agriculture
    Bachelor's in Forestry
    Bachelor's in Horticulture
    In a recognised University and secured 60% aggregate marks. So, B.Sc. In CSC and IT will not be applicable for doing M.Sc. In Agriculture!
