Can I do M.Sc in mathematics after doing B.Pharma in mathematics?

There is no degree such as BPharma in Mathematics. Eligibilty criteria for doing M.Sc Mathematics is graduation degree in any discipline with Mathematics as a main subjects. Maths is not a main subject in BPharma degree in majority of universities.
