Can I do M.Sc or PhD in Medical after pursuing Diploma in General Nursing?

Short answer: Yes for M.Sc Nursing, No for PhD right away.
If you've done your GNM and have 1–2 years of work experience and you're a registered nurse, you're good to go for M.Sc Nursing.
But for PhD, you'll need a full M.Sc first. You can't go straight from a diploma—sorry, no shortcuts here.
