Can I do M.Tech after a gap of 2 years? I've done BE in EEE. I prepared for UPSC exams. Will I get placement in a good company?

There is no wrong is gaps. All company need a candidate who can be an asset to them and can handle various arenas of the field. You must have good references and strong GD & HR interview performance to get the job.
