Yes, It is indeed possible. It is offered by BITS-Pilani. Since, BCA is a 3-year degree programme, the duration of M.Tech course is 4 years (for B.Tech/BE students, it is 2 years). Eligibility for M.Tech is B.Tech/B.E. To get into M.Tech you need to complete Masters. So, to get into M.Tech programme you need to complete PG MCA or M.Sc. In Computer Science or M.Sc. In Information Technology). But after doing MCA Ph.D. is better option than M.Tech.
