    Sorry to inform you, but no. For M.Tech, either you should have a post graduation degree or undergraduate degree in a technical field that means B.Tech. You cannot go for M.Tech after B.Sc, however, some universities still offer M.Tech of 3-year duration after your B.Sc. Yes, some M.Tech courses can be done after B.Sc like M.Tech in material science engineering of Mysore University. If you look at nano technology and material engineering courses, these students are allowed to do M.Tech, contact your university. For streams like M.Tech in electronics, civil and mechanical, you should have done BE/B.Tech/AMIE, it is a must. You can pursu

    Hello,
    M.Tech studies are highly advanced, so you need to have sufficient knowledge and concepts to get admitted to the M.Tech programs. These are research orientated studies. B.Sc stream doesn't suffice the requirements for such programs. So it would be difficult to B.Sc IT student to get into the M.Tech course.
