Can i do m.tech in aeronautical engineering after doing b.e in electronis and instumentation?i want to be a scientistin nasaplease suggest?

I havent done graduaton.my counseling is going on.my college will start in august.and i m getting EI. but i really want to be a space scientist in nasa.please suggest how can i do it after graduation.
