Can I do M.Tech in commerce after completing B.Tech? What will be its value?

According to my knowledge M.Tech is a technical degree and you are talking about commerce subject in M.Tech. I just want to tell you that M.Tech provides technical courses only which are related to your B.Tech branch so M.Tech in commerce is not possible.
