Can I do M.Tech in electronics on the part time basis? I am an employee at VLSI firm in Ahmedabad.

It's the employer who normally has to give concurrence. But, I don't think any employer will refuse permission. With NOC from employer you can, and my advise is you must, do M.Tech.
