    Yes, of course! You are eligible to do M.Tech in mechanical engineering after completing B.Tech in industrial engineering by appearing in GATE exam and scoring good marks to be able to match the cut-off percentage of top colleges and universities in India. You can go through the previous year question papers and mock tests to be able to prepare well for the entrance exam.

    As you done B.Tech in mechanical engineering then go for M.Tech in mechanical engineering, it is a better option for you. You can do M.Tech from any private college, but as per me, you should prepare for GATE exam.
